Terms of Service for Merch Orders

♥ 1. General Terms ♥

Demand will determine changes in prices.

Any order may be rejected by me at any time for any reason.

♥ 2. Payment ♥

Payments can be made with Paypal, MBway, or bank transfer, and are accepted in euros.

Full payment must be made up ahead. I won't begin working on your order until the payment has been received.

Please wait until I've authorized your order before sending me any money.

♥ 3. Processing time ♥

Five workdays are the standard production time. If the order is very large, it can take longer.

I may, however, postpone this date in order to:

♥ 4. Policy for Cancellations and Refunds ♥

I cannot give the customer a complete refund after I begin processing the order. Refunds in part can be discussed.

Should I be unable to initiate your order for any reason, you will be refunded in full.

You can get a complete refund if you cancel your order before I begin working on it.

Incase you paid through PayPal, please do not submit a PayPal chargeback if you are receiving a refund. I'll personally return the funds to you.

You shall forfeit all rights previously granted to your order, and I shall be entitled to profit from it in any manner going forward, should you submit a Paypal chargeback at any time when you were not permitted to request a refund. 

I'll turn down the chargeback and provide Paypal with our exchanges discussing the order as proof that I finished the job for you. You won't be allowed to place another order from me in the future.
