Return and Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY

We sincerely hope you are satisfied with your purchase and thank you for it. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us for a full refund or store credit. For further details on our return policy, please refer to the information below. 

In the event of any issues, please contact us with a clear and concise description within 90 days of receiving the delivery. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns about the item. You can use the contact form or write to us at luisadraws@gmail.com. 

Please wait to return any merchandise to us until you get instructions before doing so.

 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. 

We are not responsible for delays beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as we can if something prevents us from getting the products in time, and we'll take action to shorten the delay. 

On the condition we do this, we will not be responsible for any delays, but if there is a risk of substantial delay, you may contact us and receive a refund for any products you didn’t receive unless production of your order has started and or your order has been marked as 'In Progress' and has been either fully or partly done. Note that this only applies to tracked packages, if your order is not tracked I cannot take responsibility for any lost orders.

When we will cover the costs of the return? 

  • if the products are faulty or misdescribed; or 
  • if you are modifying or ending the order because we have told you of an upcoming change to the items, the policy, an error in pricing or description, a delay in delivery due to events outside our control, or because you have a legal right to do so, if we did something wrong. 
  • Proof of postage is required before we agree to pay the costs of return. 

Your rights about defective products if you are a client:

  • If you are a client, we are under a legal duty to supply the items you ordered from us.
  • You’ll be required to return faulty items. We will choose to replace the items, refund the price of the defective product in full, or give store credit.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at luisadraws@gmail.com to have a return label sent to you. Then, place the item securely in its original packaging with the return label provided, and we'll then email your return address.

Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

 

REFUNDS

If you are eligible for a refund, based on the above conditions. Using your payment method, we will refund you the price you paid for the items, including delivery costs. We have the option to make deductions from the price, as specific below.

What is the expected date for your refund to be issued? The refunds will be processed as soon as they are possible.

We will process your refund once we receive your return and inspect the condition of the item. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

EXCEPTIONS

To arrange for a refund or exchange for any defective or damaged products, please contact us using the information below.

The cost of the return will be our responsibility if:

  • If the goods are defective or inaccurate; or
  • A circumstance that results in damage while being transported;
  • Your order was placed using the wrong product or component;
  • There is a wrong material or size in your order;
  • If you cancel the order related to our notification regarding an upcoming product modification, or there is an error in pricing or description;
  • If the order's delivery is delayed due to factors beyond our reach; or
  • As a result of whatever we did wrong, you have the legal right to do so.

Before we can reimburse for the return fees, we need confirmation of postage.

Import taxes or fees may apply to international orders. The buyer is accountable for paying any fees necessary to receive their items, and refunds are not available for shipments that are abandoned or refused by the buyer.

These terms only apply to tracked orders.
